Beaver Uniform

Parents buy the shirt, hat, and vest at the Scout Shop, which is located at 265 Yorkland Blvd, Toronto ON M2J 5C7, phone number 416-490-6313 [Click for Google Map]. The 58th Beaver Colony supplies the neckerchief and the following badges, which the parents must sew on in the indicated places:

The tail, on the back of the hat (the colour indicates what year the Beaver is in:
brown for 1st year, blue for 2nd, white for third)
The group (58th), district (Sunnybrook), and Region (Toronto)
The province (Ontario)
and, when selected, the Lodge patch

As well, there is a badge to go on the bottom corner of the neckerchief from the 58th Toronto that needs to be sewn on.

Extra badges, such as participating in outings, sleepovers, church parades, or other special events do not go on the front of the vest. You may place them on the back of the vest, or buy a special “badge blanket” or poncho to collect all of the badges your child collects through his or her years in Scouting.
